Whakarewarewa Forest in Rotorua offers an extensive network of bike trails that cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced riders. The forest features over 160 kilometers of scenic trails weaving through lush native and exotic trees. Enjoy well-maintained trails, including flowing single tracks, challenging technical sections, and thrilling downhill runs.

With your ebike hire, you get to enjoy a half day (4h) in Whakarewarea Forest. Either ride the trails in the forest or follow the Whakarewarewa Loop, a 33km loop along the edges of the forest. The trails are Grade 1 and Grade 2 which is ideal for almost every fitness level and the full suspension ebike adds even more fun to your ride.

Soak at Secret Spot Rotorua

The not-so-secret-anymore Secret Spot Rotorua is located on the outskirts of the city, next to Whakarewarewa Forest’s mountain bike entrance. Tucked away from the outside world, a peaceful, lush-green sanctuary awaits. 12 cedar hot tubs look into the forest and towards the entrance, you find a licenced cafe with complimentary shinny dips (foot baths) with your drink.

If you feel like a glass of bubbly while sitting in your hot tub, just push the button and one of the friendly staff rocks up to take your order. Enjoy your drinks and snacks while chatting with your party (be it a romantic soak for two or a fun one with the girls), all while gazing into the soothing green of the forest.
