Coronet Peak Queenstown Winter Getaway

Of the Queenstown ski fields, Coronet Peak is the one closest to the town centre. Coronet Peak is especially great for intermediate and expert skiers but also has four conveyor belts for beginners and kids. The ski field has three chair lifts, 1 T-Bar and three magic carpets for your snowy pleasures.

For the people who prefer not to slip down a slippery slope, there’s the possibility to take the gondola to the summit and just enjoy the views from the top.

Your Queenstown accommodation

You’re staying at the 5* Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. The hotel is beautifully located on Lake Wakatipu on Frankton Arm. It will take you about 15 minutes to Queenstown town centre both by taxi and water taxi. It’s one of the closest hotels to The Remarkables. And the shuttle bus has a stop near the Hilton, saving you the trip to town.

The Guest Rooms are enormous and come with a king-size bed or two twin beds. In the seating area, relax in front of a cosy gas fireplace. Moving on to the bathroom, you’ll find a separate shower and bathtub.
